At Vantyx, every item is made-to-order. Your product is created specifically for you once your order is placed.


Processing & Delivery Time

From the time your order is placed, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and 7–14 business days for delivery.

This timeframe includes:

  • Order processing
  • Production
  • Quality checks
  • Shipping

Most orders arrive within this window. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

During periods of high demand or increased order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as each piece is made with care.


Shipping Rates

United States, Canada, Europe & Australia

  • Orders under $100: Shipping calculated at checkout

  • Orders $100 or more: Free shipping

Shipping eligibility is based on the order subtotal before taxes and discounts.


International Shipping

We ship internationally.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Customs processing

  • Local carrier operations

Customs delays and import fees (if applicable) are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.


Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.

If incorrect information is provided:

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at wearvantyx@gmail.com before your order ships. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will assist you with the next steps.
