Refund policy

At Vantyx, each item is made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Please review the policy below carefully.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To submit a claim, email wearvantyx@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.


Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.


Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Address entered incorrectly at checkout

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items printed as ordered

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

For hygiene reasons, tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks are also non-returnable.

Please double-check sizing charts and shipping details before placing your order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet entered production.

If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at wearvantyx@gmail.com. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.


Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
